Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy.

1. Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp start date: 100% refund, minus a 50 CHF administration fee.

Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the camp start date: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date: No refund.

2. Cancellation Due to Medical Reasons:

If the participant is unable to attend due to a medical reason, a refund may be considered upon presentation of a medical certificate. In this case, we may offer:

A partial refund, or

A credit to attend a future camp, depending on the situation.

3. Cancellation by Plus Football Camps:

If the camp is cancelled by Plus Football Camps for any reason (e.g., insufficient registrations, unforeseen circumstances), participants will receive a full refund.

4. No-Shows:

Participants who do not show up for the camp without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

5. Changes to Camp Schedule:

Minor changes to the schedule (e.g., location adjustments, time shifts) do not qualify for a refund.
